You can create new job position in CRM with role **Freelance**. You go to `Sales Staff` and click `+ New`, fill out the required field and in the job position role you can choose Freelance. Click `Save` to keep any changes.

When our client decided to no longer receive any email from us, we can add them in the unsubscribe list. You can go to `Email Broadcast`, click on `Email Target Queue`, click on `Unsubscribe Email`.&#x20;

Click `Add Unsubscribe Email` and pop-up to add the email appear. You can add them one by one and click save to keep the changes.

When the user is already added to this list then when you send to all the email listed, the unsubscribe email will be excluded from this queue.
