Create Unity Code in CRM Unity Code is a generated code in combination of FC code with SC code or IB code with SC code. To create this unity code, user can go to the Unity Code menu in CRM. User can click `+ Add New Item` and fill out the field. If user filled out the FC code, then it can only be paired with SC code. If user filled out the IB code, then it can only be paired with SC code. Sync AREMA x CRM **Problem :** When client from online sales sign up to Valbury then the sales resigned, client that want to create a new account will still be assigned to the last sales. **Solution :** #### Case 1. Client create 1 st account (not funded, but sales terminated), then client funded but CSO need to confirm which sales close the deal Expectation : When client create demo account (not live yet) and multiple sales has been handling this client, and then the client decides to create live account then CSO needs to confirm to online sales team which sales handles this client.
